I've lived in my home 10 years and 1 of the 2 outside water spigots didn't work. He repaired my spigot and I have full running water. Plus he's observant and finds deficiencies that need repaired. He was prompt and on time and reasonable rate. I will be using his services again.

I have utilized Rel-O Plumbing’s services for several years now and I am always satisfied. Ty is always so amiable and informative; he explains why the problem exists and what needs to be done to get it fixed. This most recent time he came out was to look at a leaking sink and dishwasher not draining. Background: I recently (December 2023) had my bathrooms and kitchen remodeled (completely gutted), with a brand-new dishwasher installed. Needless to say, I did not expect to have any plumbing issues for at least 5 or so years. Nevertheless, I called Ty because after a couple of other issues I experienced I no longer had confidence in the contractor/plumber that remodeled my house. Ty explained everything that was wrong and sent videos and pictures. He explained how everything was incorrectly installed, how it should have been installed, and what he was going to do to remedy the situation. I was very stressed out about the whole ordeal because I paid so much money to have my home remodeled. Ty told me a few jokes and gave me advice for selecting contractors in the future and just really calmed my nerves. He got me up and running like it should have been in the first place and was very reasonable in his fee. I appreciate him for not only the solid work he does but also for the solid person he is. I will continue to patronize Rel-O Plumbing as long as I own my property or any other property I may purchase.
