Terms and Conditions

By booking a service appointment with Rel-O Plumbing, you (the "Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Appointment
1.1. Scheduling
To schedule a plumbing service appointment, the Customer must provide accurate information regarding the nature of the plumbing issue. Rel-O Plumbing will confirm the appointment based on availability.
1.2. Arrival Time
While Rel-O Plumbing will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The Customer will be notified if a delay arises.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
2.1. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, the Customer must notify Rel-O Plumbing at least 24 hours in advance by calling 314-255-5165. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $85.
2.2. Urgent Matters
In cases of urgent matters, the Customer may contact Rel-O Plumbing to discuss the possibility of waiving the cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Pricing
Pricing for plumbing services will be provided upfront based on the nature of the work. Any changes or additional work will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
3.2. Payment Methods
Payment is due upon completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and checks. Any outstanding balances not paid within [insert number of days] days of the service may incur a late fee.
4. Liability and Warranty

The Customer is responsible for ensuring Rel-O Plumbing has access to the work area. This includes removing obstacles and ensuring the plumbing system is ready for service.

The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the plumbing issue. Incorrect or misleading information may result in additional charges or delays.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
6.1. Data Collection
Rel-O Plumbing may collect personal and contact information from the Customer for the purpose of service delivery and communication. This information will not be shared with third parties without the Customer’s consent, except as required by law.
6.2. Confidentiality
Rel-O Plumbing agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by the Customer during the service process.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Negotiation
In the event of a dispute regarding the service, the Customer agrees to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations with Rel-O Plumbing.
7.2. Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be settled through binding arbitration in [insert location]. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and enforceable in a court of law.
8. Modification of Terms
